Whether you do not carry vision insurance, have limited vision benefits, or simply value a more personalized experience, Direct Care provides access to comprehensive eye care with predictable pricing and enhanced member benefits.

Importantly, See Well Eyecare continues to utilize and bill medical insurance when medically necessary services, diagnoses, or treatments are provided. Direct Care is intended to simplify routine vision care, eyewear purchases, and contact lens services—not replace medical insurance.

• This is not intended to be a primary care or medical concierge program.

• We continue to utilize and bill medical insurance when medically necessary diagnoses, testing, and treatments are provided.

• The Direct Care Membership is primarily focused on routine vision care, comprehensive eye exams, contact lens services, premium optical benefits, and a more personalized patient experience.

• Participation is completely optional and not required to receive care at See Well Eyecare.

• Plans are purchased annually and do not automatically renew.

• Benefits and discounts cannot be combined with vision insurance benefits or other promotions unless specifically stated.
