Plan your next eye exam with clear information about insurance and payment. See Well Eyecare is a locally owned, independent optometry practice in Hyde Park, Cincinnati, welcoming patients from nearby Oakley, Mount Lookout and Mariemont. Dr. Rawzi Baik and our team can help you review benefits for eye exams, contact lens care and prescription glasses before your visit.
Our office is at 3330 Erie Avenue, Suite 14, Cincinnati, OH 45208, with free parking behind the building. Call (513) 268-8748 with your specific plan information so we can review participation and the services you need.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, along with HSA and FSA payments. Ask our team about examination fees, contact lens evaluation fees and eyewear costs before you make a decision.
Private-pay patients are welcome at our Hyde Park office near Oakley. Whether you need a comprehensive eye exam, contact lens care or prescription glasses, we can explain available services and costs. Explore our optional Direct Care plans for another way to plan routine eye care. Membership is not insurance and is not required to receive care.
If you have Medicaid or another plan we do not accept, contact us first to ask what options, if any, are available for the service you need. Please do not assume a visit can be billed to that plan.

See Well Eyecare does not accept CareSource, Molina or Medicaid. If you have a separate vision plan or other medical insurance, we may be able to use that coverage for eligible services. Contact our team with the full plan name before scheduling so we can confirm participation; another policy does not automatically guarantee coverage.
We accept VSP and EyeMed vision plans and work with the medical insurers shown below. Network participation and benefits depend on your specific policy, employer, network and the reason for your visit. A logo on this page does not mean every product or service is covered.
Vision benefits commonly apply to routine eye exams and may provide allowances for glasses or contact lenses. Medical insurance may apply when a visit evaluates an eye condition or a medically necessary concern. Contact lens evaluations, retinal imaging, specialty testing and premium eyewear options may involve separate fees. Bring both your vision and medical insurance cards so we can review the appropriate information.
Provide your current plan name and member information to our team, tell us whether you need glasses, contact lenses or care for an eye concern, and ask about expected copays and fees. Benefit verification is not a guarantee of payment. Our local Cincinnati team will help explain the information available for your visit.
