The Optical Service Plan features and services listed below are included at no additional charge with eyewear purchased through See Well Eyecare. For patients who purchased their eyewear elsewhere, we offer convenient service options to ensure your glasses fit comfortably and perform optimally.

The following benefits are included for one year from the date of enrollment:

• Professional consultation regarding lens materials, designs, and frame styling.

• Precision digital measurements and personalized eyewear fitting.

• Prescription verification to ensure lenses meet national ANSI quality standards.

• Prescription re-evaluation by one of our doctors, if clinically indicated (additional professional fees may apply).

• Minor repairs, including replacement screws, nose pads, and temple tips.

• Expert frame adjustments for maximum comfort and vision.
