At See Well Eyecare, we believe exceptional service extends beyond the day you receive your glasses. Every pair of prescription eyewear purchased through our office includes our Optical Service Plan at no additional charge, providing continued support to help keep your eyewear comfortable, accurate, and performing at its best.

Patients who purchased their eyewear elsewhere may also be eligible to enroll in our Optical Service Plan. Please speak with a member of our team for details.

What's Included

Your Optical Service Plan includes:

• Professional consultation on lens materials, lens designs, coatings, and frame selection.

• Precision digital pupillary distance (PD) and eyewear measurements using our Optikam digital measuring system.

• Personalized eyewear fitting and dispensing.

• Prescription verification to confirm lenses meet national ANSI quality standards.

• Prescription re-evaluation by one of our doctors, when clinically indicated (professional fees may apply).

• Minor repairs, including replacement screws, nose pads, and temple tips.

• Professional frame adjustments for optimal comfort and vision.

• Complimentary eyeglass lens cleaner refills throughout your membership.
